I am the owner of Unrivaled Media Company and the co-founder of Carr Properties National Group (CPNG) and its subsidiaries. I am a real estate investor and I assist my clients with all their real estate needs. I am dedicated to providing world-class real-estate services and market-leading expertise to my clients, bringing their dreams to reality and turning their issues into effective solutions. I currently own several rentals and is dedicated to helping our clients achieve success. Those successes did not come without trial and error and she’s on a mission to share the knowledge she has gained through her experiences.

I am also a software engineer that specializes in Cybersecurity. I have over ten years of experience in the engineering. I am a mentor with Urban Warriors, which is an organization that helps under privileged youth cope living in a violent environment. I am a Navy Veteran, and I have committed to a life of service to my country and community.

My Skills

I’ve acquired a very versatile set of skills being an entrepreneur. I began my career as a real estate developer and through a lot of trial and error I’ve become skilled a completing quality in a timely manner.

My husband and I backgrounds in software engineering and business finance, so real estate investing came natural. We shifting gears to general contracting after having less than ideal experiences with general contractors and to help others get through their projects without experiencing the same difficulty we did. As I developed my website to help my business grow, I took a liking to it. And when I helped others grow their business through establish a website, I realized its something that I want to do full time.
